How it works
From order to finished tune
Everything happens through your account — pick your vehicle, choose your tune, and track every step until your calibration is ready to download.
-
1
Pick your vehicle
Year, make, model, and engine — we support a wide range of late-model platforms. If yours isn't listed, ask us before you order.
-
2
Choose your tune and add-ons
Pick a tuning service and any add-ons your build needs (fuel type, forced induction, and more). You'll disclose any non-stock modifications here too — that keeps your file accurate to your actual setup.
-
3
Choose your hardware path
Already own a compatible tuning device? Use it. Otherwise, buy one through checkout — it ships straight from HP Tuners. Some vehicles support remote (RTD) tuning, where there's no hardware to plug in at all.
-
4
Pay securely
Checkout is handled by Stripe. If you're buying hardware, that charges first (so it can ship right away); your tuning service is a separate charge.
-
5
Upload your files
For MPVI-based orders, upload a stock read (.hpt) from your vehicle, and a datalog (.hpl) if requested — right from your account. RTD orders skip this step entirely; tunes are delivered over the remote network.
-
6
Download your finished tune
Once your calibration is built, it's ready right in your account — download it, load it, and drive. Questions along the way go straight to Bob through your account's messages.
Not ordering online?
Standalone tuning — outside the steps above — is also available. Get in touch and we'll work out what you need.
